This Privacy Policy covers the Digital Stoneworks products as well as our website.

Our products

Our products are commercial applications (apps). The apps are provided by Digital Stoneworks Canada Inc., and are intended for use as is. We do not collect or share your Personal Information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at the time of purchase of any of our apps.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience and/or troubleshooting problems, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information while using the apps. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this Privacy Policy. This information will not be shared with anyone. The apps may use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you and/or your device, such as log data.

Log Data

Whenever you use the apps and an error occurs, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (IP) address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, time and date of your use, and other statistics.

Children’s Privacy

This app does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. However, in the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will immediately delete this information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us so that we can delete this information immediately.

With this policy, we aim to be GDPR-compliant for customers in the European Union.

Social Networking

We will not share your Personal Information on social media. If we do share anything on social media for the purpose of marketing, it will only be information that you yourself have already shared in a public manner, such as reviews you post to the Apple App Store, or any other posts you may make on social media that are also viewable to the general public. You may contact us at any time to request removal of your post from our social media outlets.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.

Comments

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. We do this so that we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
